Stained Glass Refresher Workshop with Carmela Patriotti

Have you just finished a Beginner Stained Glass class but feel like you could use one more day of support? Perhaps you've been out of the habit of stained glass for a while and want to get back into it, but need some help bringing back that "muscle memory" for technique. This is the class for you!

Carmela will start at 10:00am with cutting, grinding, and fitting glass pattern pieces. At 12:00 she'll be starting the foiling and soldering instruction. Keep in mind that Carmela will not be teaching a beginner class! This class is for people who have done stained glass before and just need to "refresh" their memory.  Carmela is there to answer your questions, demonstrate techniques you want to see close up, and give suggestions for your artistic process.

What We Will Provide:

The Patchwork Heart pattern: Click HERE to download. (We will not be doing the decorative wire work as shown, but if you want to add filligree we can help with that!)

Tools, including soldering iron, grozers, running pliers, nippers, and grinders.

Small amounts of patina and polishing compound.

Plan to Bring or Buy:

Flux

Copper Foil

2 medium rings for hanging

If you only want support with cutting and grinding your glass, come at 10:00am: $28

If you plan to have the glass cut and ready to foil, and only want support foiling and soldering, come at 12:00pm: $28

If you want both sessions of the class, plan to be here 10:00-2:30!  $50
