Class Policies

- To register for a class, a 50% deposit is required to hold your spot. Deposits are refundable or transferable to another class up to 7 days before the class starts. Payment in full is required on the first day of class.
 
- If a class does not have a minimum number of sign-ups by 7 days before the class, it will be cancelled and your money refunded.  We will contact you if this happens.

-If class is cancelled due to weather, we will contact you to reschedule.  (We generally make these decisions based on the local weather, and area school/event cancellations.  If bad weather is incoming and you are concerned about traveling a distance, we recommend that you contact us as far in advance as possible.

For Multi-Week Classes

-Students can use the classroom free of charge during store hours while enrolled in a weekly course (does not include kiln, torch or specialty equipment), and get 20% off all purchases during enrollment (excluding Gallery and sale items, classes and labor charges).

-Make-ups for missed classes: As a general rule, make-ups must be made up on the same week number in the next class or with special permission, depending on the instructor’s availability. For example, if you miss week 2 of the Beginner/Intermediate Stained Glass class and there is space available in the next Beginner/Intermediate Stained Glass class, you can come to week 2 the next time the class is offered. Work with the instructor or a Stained Glass Express staff member to confirm.
