
Please read all rules and expectations prior to submitting your application. Your application submission signifies you have read and agreed to all stipulations. If your application is approved, you will:
- Be assigned a 10x10 booth space. You may start setting up at 8AM on September 19th, 2026 (event starts at 10AM) and will not start take down until 3PM off that day.
- You are responsible for your own table, tent, chairs, etc. There is no electricity or water hookup and no support processing sales or setup available.
- Products do not have to be glass, but they have to be handmade by you - no reselling.
- If you are an artist in our gallery, do not remove items from the gallery to sell and do not undercut your pricing in our gallery store with the same product.
- Commit to attending.
- Provide high resolution photos of products to be used in marketing for the event.
Not adhering to rules, expectation, and common courtesy on day of fair may result in a denied application in future events. Stained Glass Express reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations as deemed necessary.
