Skill Builder Class: Stained Glass Jewelry Box February 11 & 12

Stained Glass Jewelry Box with Red Veilleux: Advanced Beginner +

Wednesday February 11 and Thursday, February 12, 5:30-8:00pm

You are expected to have experience cutting, foiling, and soldering.

Learn the ins and outs of assembling a 3D box, and finally get the hang of those tube hinges!  In this two-night intermediate class, Red will take you through the process of creating a stained glass jewelry box using your choice of our Inspiration Kits (purchase IKPAT21 or IKPAT146 ahead of class at 20% off, or download the free patterns and assemble your materials)

Please foil any bevels included with your kit before coming to class.  Cutting and foiling of remaining glass will happen on the first night.

Stained Glass Express provides:

• use of our tools (scoring device, pliers, grinder, soldering iron), flux, flux brush, flux cleaner

Items to bring with you to class:

• All materials from your Inspiration Kit
• Copper Foil (7/32", silver-back if you won't patina your solder)
• Solder (We strongly recommend using lead-free solder when creating items that are designed to be handled.)
• Patina, if desired
• Your own soldering iron if you prefer it
