What's in your Carry a Bead Kit:
A set of handcrafted beads created by Maine artists.* One bead for you to keep representing your courage to care. The other bead you return is an Act of Courage Bead given to a child or teen to recognize a milestone on a tough treatment day.
A story card: for you to share your experience and return with your matching bead.
Beads of Courage Sticker: to wear to show your commitment!
Return address label: to use to mail back your bead and story card.
*Each kit contains unique beads- colors and designs will vary.
Carry! Decide what adventure you and your beads will share- no experience is too small! Your courage, strength and love are infused into the bead you carry.
Collect! Start your own collection by keeping your matched beads to symbolize your shared strength and commitment. Look back on it and feel proud, knowing you helped encourage a child in their fight for life.
